Chris Kulawik is a New-York based attorney and executive. He currently serves as in-house counsel for VistaJet, an international private jet charter recently valued at over $2.5 Billion with offices in London, New York, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Dubai, Nice, and Malta.
Previously, Chris represented clients as diverse as AIG, Amtrak, and the Lehman Brothers estate while practicing at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, and served as Vice President of VYSK Communications, a tech startup twice named one of the 100 most exciting young companies in the world and the 2016 IAPP Privacy Innovator of the Year.
Chris graduated with honors from both Columbia University and Harvard Law School, where he served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Chris clerked for the Honorable Janice Rogers Brown of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and his academic writing has been cited in the Harvard, Notre Dame, and Florida Law Reviews, among other publications.
Chris lives with Lindsey Zahn, one of the world’s leading alcohol beverage attorneys, and their rambunctious pets.
