Christopher Kulawik is General Counsel of Vista Global, the multi-billion dollar international private aviation holding company, whose brands include VistaJet, XO, Apollo, and Air Hamburg, as well as minority ownership in US air carriers XOJET Aviation, Red Wing Aviation, Jet Edge and Talon Air.  With offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, Lisbon, Dubai, Nice, Los Angeles, Columbus, Ft. Lauderdale, Hamburg, and Malta, the Vista Global group owns and operates 350+ private aircraft for heads of state, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and family offices around the world, flying to over 1,900 airports in more than 180 countries. Before joining Vista Global, Chris represented clients as diverse as AIG, Amtrak, and the Lehman Brothers estate while practicing at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, and served as Vice President of a privacy company twice named one of the 100 most exciting startups in the world as well as the 2016 IAPP Privacy Innovator of the Year.

Chris graduated with honors from both Columbia University and Harvard Law School, where he served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Chris clerked for the Honorable Janice Rogers Brown of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and his academic writing has been cited in the Harvard, Notre Dame, and Florida Law Reviews, among other publications.

Chris lives with Lindsey Zahn, one of the world’s leading alcohol beverage attorneys, and their rambunctious pets.
